What Is Habu?
Habu is a Consumer Data Platform (CDP) that provides you with Unified IDs, enables cross-channel user deduplication, AND audience analysis.
What’s Needed to Set up Habu?
Online DATA: Tracking pixel on the header of your home page to aggregate ‘online users’ and segment into data cohorts for targeting and analysis and deduplication.
Offline DATA: A Relevant CRM file in .CSV format. The File can consist of past purchasers, and email distribution lists that can be uploaded via a secure DropBox folder that we’ll set up for you.

After Habu set-up, your audiences will be synchronized and de-duplicated across all the channels below and you’ll receive Cohort Analytics Reports with detailed demographic and interest profiles of each cohort.
Below are detailed activation instructions for set-up within in each channel to be included in the campaign. For all accounts below, we will only be able to publish 'dark posts', which can only be seen by targeted users and will not appear on your account profile.
WHAt's Needed to setup Facebook and Instagram:
Advertiser Access & Conversion Tracking: This PROVIDES us WITH the ability to serve sponsored ads from your account.
BELOW are instructions on granting us advertiser access and setting up conversion tracking:
Go to Business Settings
Click Users > People
Towards the top left, click Add
Enter ‘’ and assign Employee Access
On the left, select ‘Pages” and then select the Facebook page you would like us to serve ads from
Assign ‘Create Ads’
On the left, select ‘Pixels’ and then select your Facebook pixel
Assign either ‘Standard’ or ‘Admin’ access (either option works fine)
Confirm there is a blue ‘1’ next to both Pages and Pixels and then click ‘Invite’
If you do not have a Facebook pixel already placed, after Step #5 above, you can click ‘Invite’. Following that, we will create and send over a pixel tag that can be implemented on your primary ticketing ‘Thank You’ page. Additional info and instructions on adding people to your Facebook pixel can be found here.

Facebook/Instagram Creative Specs
ad specs for Facebook and Instagram ads:
Facebook Feed (1200x628 or 1080x1080 pixels)
Instagram Feed (1080x1080 pixels)
Instagram Stories (1080x1920 pixels)
Video is highly preferred, if available, and can be provided in a .mpeg or .mov file. 15 second videos perform at the highest rate, followed by 30 seconds, and 60 seconds.
What’s Needed to Set up Twitter?
Advertiser Access & Conversion Tracking: Ad Manager access within Twitter
BELOW are instructions on granting us Ads Manager access:
When logged in to Twitter Ads, go to the top right of the page and select the drop down on your Twitter Ads Account. Once there, select 'Edit access to account'
Select ‘Ad Access’
Enter the handle ‘Ticket_IQ’ and then select ‘Ad Manager’ and ‘Can compose promotable tweets’.
